We’re looking to hire finalists or recent graduates from several academic backgrounds who are looking to start their careers in projects involving the development of technology.
Hiring Process. What to expect? 💡 As a finalist or recent graduate (see eligible training areas below), your entrance into Axians should happen through the dedicated recruitment process for entry-level positions. This recruitment process will introduce you to Axians Portugal and VINCI Energies ecosystems, as well, as challenge you to reveal your technical and relational strengths.
Training Program. How, when and what for? 🛠 The hiring process foresees your participation in a dedicated training program. 📅 In practice, our Training Program offers a 10-day training opportunity during your first year of collaboration, where the participants are challenged to enhance their creativity and co-create a more sustainable future. 🚀 This is a growth opportunity, where people from different backgrounds or routes ahead gather to solve a complex business challenge, replicating the experience of an IT consultancy project.

Computer Engineering (and related areas)
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Non-Computer Engineering Studies (Biomedical, Mechanical and Industrial Management)
Information Systems Management
Informatics and Management (and related areas)
Mathematics (and related areas)
Academic background in one of the training areas listed above
To be finishing, or having completed your higher education in the past 12 months
Up to one year of experience in IT-related positions.
Strong written and verbal communication (Portuguese and English)
