We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Quality Assurance (QA) Tech Lead to join our team. This role is at the forefront of our innovative journey, where we harness the power of AI and AI agents to revolutionize our QA & Testing services.

It's about ensuring quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle, defining quality processes, preventing defects, optimizing delivery pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be expected to bring a holistic view of QA, driving quality from ideation to production. As a QA Tech Lead, you will be a specialist in quality assurance and testing, with technical expertise and a deep understanding of test architecture. Your responsibilities will include defining technical solutions and proposals for end customers, working within a consulting environment, and conducting pre-sales activities to support the sale of QA and Testing services.
Required Competencies:
- Proven track record in leading QA teams and managing QA processes.
- Proficiency in QA tools and software, such as Selenium, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Good level of English (Independent user — level C1).
Preferred Competencies:
- Understanding of technologies and tools such as SQL, web browsers, and various environments used in software development and QA.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, enabling QA strategies that are aligned with each development phase.
- Ability to design tailored QA strategies that support business goals and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Streamlining QA processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Setting up continuous improvement processes to adapt QA strategies to organizational changes and market trends.
- Incorporating technologies like blockchain, IoT, and machine learning to address complex testing scenarios.
- Leveraging AI to enhance testing processes by predicting defects, optimizing test coverage, automating test selection, and implementing self-healing automation frameworks.
- Structuring test plans, writing detailed test cases, and executing tests effectively.
- Documenting and analyzing test results to ensure transparency and support continuous quality improvement.
- Using automation tools and frameworks to minimize manual testing efforts and accelerate delivery timelines.
