We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic and high-impact project in the Education sector in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of all project phases, from planning to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Scope & Risk Management: Define, control, and manage project scope; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Budget & Financial Control: Manage and budget report, ensuring efficient and transparent use of resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards, meeting all predefined objectives, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, ScrumMaster preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management, ideally in public sector or education-related environments.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex project scopes under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Hybrid work availability, with frequent presence in Lisbon.
