We are hiring Business Analysts and in this position you will be an integral part of the lifecycle of implementing application solutions for the Public Sector. 

Required Competences:

What you will do:

• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Support solution definition and process improvement activities.
• Understand and document technical flows and system interactions.
• Produce structured technical communication adapted to different teams.
• Provide functional and technical support across multidisciplinary teams.
• Work closely with the Reserved Area team to ensure alignment on developments and dependencies.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in functional analysis and requirements lifecycle (+ 4 years).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to influence decisions.
• Organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, etc.) are a highly valued nice‑to‑have.

Preferred Competencies

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ability to spot business opportunities aligned with ongoing client work.
