What you will do:
- Define and manage workflows for the creation, review, approval, and publication of digital content.
- Ensure editorial consistency, structure, and quality across all institutional website content.
- Coordinate collaboration between editorial, technical, and communication teams.
- Manage CMS tools and systems used for content publishing and maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure continuous content updating, accuracy, and relevance.
- Implement best practices in content governance, information architecture, and editorial management.
- Analyse content performance metrics (traffic, navigation patterns, search behaviour, drop‑off rates) to identify improvements.
- Produce reports and insights supporting optimization and strategic editorial decisions.
- Improve content using analytics, user feedback, and strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with digital accessibility, usability, and clear‑communication standards.
