We are currently hiring an HR Business Partner.
What you will do:
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to the management team;
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting day-to-day HR topics and employee experience;
- Coordinate and support the full onboarding process for new hires;
- Organize internal events and people-related initiatives;
- Support salary review processes and the preparation of employment offers;
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives;
- Design, implement, and follow up on training and development plans, including budget management;
- Support and monitor performance evaluation processes;
- Ensure effective coordination between business areas and talent management frameworks, supporting their consistent implementation across the organization.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role;
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HR field;
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar fields;
- Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Portuguese.
