We are hiring an Administrative Consultant: 

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in administrative or management support roles, preferably within large, demanding corporate environments. 

  • Academic background in Management, Administration, or similar fields. 

  • Understanding of compliance and how it affects the business and the relationship with customers (prior proven experience working with GDPR, ethics, accessibility, quality, safety or environmental compliance or similar areas are a plus) 

  • Effective client facing communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese and English, including the ability to negotiate compliance requirements and articulate how the business delivers on these 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ease in adopting new technologies. 

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to set priorities. 

  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. 

 

What will you do: 

  • Supports the business in delivering GDPR compliance, articulating with the DPO and legal area, including maintaining appropriate records. 

  • Assesses customers and suppliers according to company ethics and compliance guidelines 

  • Co-operates with customers to share and inform about Axians compliance practices and works with suppliers to ensure they abide by Axians compliance requirements, mobilizing the adequate internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information 

  • Supports internal compliance related communication and sensibilization actions, including environmental, safety, ethics and compliance 

  • Tracks contract execution 

  • Identifies and escalates cases of non-compliance 

  • Assists management with compliance tracking processes, including interfacing with financial, legal, environment, safety and other functions
