HR Internship

We currently have three internship opportunities within our Human Development team, based at our Lisbon office on Avenida da República.
As an HR intern at Axians, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team that will guide you through your learning and professional development. This is an opportunity to build both technical and interpersonal skills while contributing actively to people management processes in a growing organization.

What you will do
Depending on your profile and interests, you may join one of the following areas:
- Administrative / Generalist – Support the organization of HR processes and files, contribute to continuous improvement, assist in preparing HR reports and indicators, and support internal communication.
- Learning, Performance & Onboarding – Collaborate on HR systems migration and updates; contribute to onboarding process improvements; participate in training and performance evaluation projects; and support continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes.
- Recruitment – Support various stages of the recruitment and selection process, including screening applications, scheduling and assisting in interviews, and preparing job offers.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field;
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills;
- Enthusiasm for learning and teamwork;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ease in learning new tools.
