We are hiring an QA consultant.

What will you do:

• Create, execute, and document manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements;
• Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring their resolution and retesting before final delivery;
• Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria;
• Perform exploratory and regression testing to ensure application stability;
• Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines);
• Use tools like axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver to assess the accessibility of web and mobile applications;
• Suggest improvements to make applications more inclusive for users with visual, motor, or cognitive disabilities;
• Help improve testing and quality assurance processes within the team.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in agile development teams;
• Familiarity with test and bug management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.);
• Must be able to identify acceptance criteria from user requirements and translate them into BDD scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience in accessibility testing and knowledge of WCAG standards;
• Knowledge of SQL and basic concepts of APIs (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
