We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Healthcare team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our solutions meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals and improve the quality of services within the Portugal Healthcare Service.

If you have a strong background in healthcare and IT, we would love to have you on board.

You will be responsible for understanding and analysing the needs of healthcare professionals, identifying business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that healthcare systems align with user needs and regulatory standards.
 

What We Are Looking For:

• A functional analyst with a solid understanding of healthcare processes and systems.
• Experience in analyzing healthcare workflows, translating user needs into system requirements, and managing project deliverables.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and technical teams

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience working on healthcare projects and understanding of healthcare workflows and processes is essential.

Required Skills:

• A degree in health-related fields (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedicine, etc.), with additional qualifications or training in Information Technology (IT) being a plus.
